• * Quality Control of Measurements: Accurately inspect the size and dimensions of workpieces with high precision using CMM machines.
• * Welding Inspection: Conduct quality inspections of structural welds and components according to technical standards.
• * Measurement Tool Management: Support and verify the accuracy of Jigs and Fixtures to minimize deviations in the production process.
• * Data Management: Systematically prepare inspection reports and quality control documentation.
• * Incoming Parts Control: Manage the inspection of raw materials and incoming parts (Incoming Inspection) while recording Check Sheets to prevent defects from entering the process.

Job Description

• * Customer Standards Compliance: Inspect and control product quality to ensure alignment with customer requirements and standards at 100%.
• * Technical Analysis: Accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• * Proficient in Measurement Tools: Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Dial Gauges, and perform CMM scanning.
• * Approval of Product Shipment: Conduct final inspection of products prior to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• * Reporting and Follow-Up: Inspect incoming parts and prepare quality analysis reports for presentation to management.
