Job Description

  • Coordinated and supported product testing activities by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders for product submission testing. - Prepared and verified related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, while planning and managing testing timelines to support the team’s work with precision and efficiency. - Responsible for coordinating an average of no fewer than 5 testing projects per month, or more than 60 projects per year. - Managed product data systematically and efficiently through Microsoft Excel and the company’s internal database system. - Recorded and maintained more than 100 product entries per week, depending on the product development plan during each period. - Analyzed data insights from the database to provide information supporting evaluation, trend monitoring, and team planning. - Oversaw and managed the product sample room used for sales presentations, resulting in strong knowledge and understanding of the team’s product information. - Provided basic product information and recommended products to support sales presentations and meet customer requirements appropriately.
