Rotated across five diagnostic units Pathology, Immunology, Parasitology, Bacteriology & Mycology, and Virology at a WOAH/ISO-accredited national reference laboratory. - Performed necropsy and tissue/sample collection on avian specimens (duck) as part of pathology casework, alongside diagnostic dissection and gross examination. - Conducted microbial isolation, culturing, and biochemical identification (API) under strict aseptic and quality-control conditions, including reference strain handling and culture media preparation. - Maintained laboratory data quality and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards, including equipment and reagent traceability. - Performed molecular diagnostics, including DNA extraction, PCR, and Real-Time RT-PCR, for microbial identification. - Conducted serological assays (ELISA, Complement Fixation Test) supporting diagnostic data interpretation. - Delivered a final presentation summarizing diagnostic methods and results to laboratory supervisors.
