Job Description

  • 1. Responding to Chats and Comments: Address customer inquiries across all channels, providing information about products, details, promotions, and various usage instructions.
  • 2. Handling Issues and Complaints: Manage customers with product issues, incorrect shipments, or delays, and follow up with logistics to ensure product pickup at the store.
  • 3. Coordinating Packing and Shipping: Send order information to the packing team, pack products, and inform customers of tracking numbers through chat or the platform's system.
  • 4. Updating Product Inventory in the Online System: Ensure no stock discrepancies occur (customers order but there are no products available for shipment).
  • 5. Managing Flash Sale Discount System: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, check orders, and coordinate packing and shipping of parcels.
