- Review and verify warranty coverage terms in accordance with the policy manual.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to accurately assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to definitively distinguish between manufacturing defects and customer-induced wear-and-tear.
- Compile, organize, and summarize all necessary technical data regarding vehicle malfunctions.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims for damaged parts to the manufacturer (OEM) for approval.
