Job Description :
Provide recommendations and respond to inquiries, including providing information about the company's products and services to customers, as well as handling various complaints and collaboratively resolving issues for customers effectively. - Provide product and service information to customers through Voice channels. - Offer advice and troubleshoot initial issues for customers, understanding their needs and resolving their problems according to established procedures. - Oversee the comparison of benefits of Card X products and services with the market to deliver relevant and useful information that meets customer needs. - Listen to customer feedback and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments.
