Job Description

  • -Provide medical records services, manage general patient information and treatment rights, track and check treatment status.
  • -Search, deliver, and receive files into the system, including importing related documents.
  • -Scan documents into the E-doc system.
  • -Perform administrative work to support operations across various departments and manage documents as needed.
  • -Record patient history requests in the Microsoft Access system and manage document sending and receiving.
  • -Assign ICD-10, ICD-9 codes for outpatient and inpatient cases.

Job Description

  • -Assign ICD-10, ICD-9 codes for inpatients accurately and precisely to ensure medical information meets established standards.
  • -Record disease and procedure codes in the Electronic Patient Health Information System (E-PHIS) program.
  • -Manage patient medical record files systematically, verify accuracy, and maintain data security.
  • -Provide services for printing treatment history, submitting for examination, and approving outpatient treatment rights through the E-PHIS program.
