Job Description

  • During my internship, I was assigned to be responsible for two main projects as follows:
  • 1. Project: AI Chatbot System E-commerce
  • - Developed and troubleshot chatbot features using Python and Golang according to customer requirements, managed cross-service integrations, administered the MongoDB database, deployed the system to production, and fine-tuned the LLM prompts to enhance response accuracy.
  • - Designed API test scenarios and test cases using Postman to verify system correctness, as well as created architecture diagrams (Microservice Architecture Diagram) for clear reference of system operations.
  • - Participated in meetings with clients to gather feedback and update project progress.
  • - Coordinated technical aspects with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, supported user acceptance testing (UAT), provided post-deployment assistance, and monitored project progress.
  • 2. Project: Voice Bot Hotel Booking
  • - Designed the database structure and developed CRUD APIs using Golang, including implementing automated data fetching systems on a scheduled basis to reduce manual database management workload.
  • - Designed API test cases and evaluated system performance using Postman, alongside writing API specifications and system diagrams.
  • - Coordinated with the DevOps team for production deployment, monitored system health status, and resolved issues to improve code performance based on client feedback.
