Job Description

  • - Ensure customer comfort in the hotel by providing quick and efficient check-in and check-out services, ensuring that guests feel satisfied from the moment they arrive.
  • - Address immediate issues that arise during service, such as managing complaints or inconveniences, to provide customers with the best possible experience.
  • - Inspect the cleanliness and orderliness of various areas within the hotel, such as the lobby, guest rooms, and common areas, to ensure everything is in good condition and ready for service.
  • - Respond to messages and inquiries from customers through online channels promptly and courteously, to build strong relationships with clients and meet their needs.
