  • - Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical specifications, commercial terms, lead time, Inco-terms, quality, and total cost.
  • - Coordinate procurement contract preparation and commercial terms with suppliers in collaboration with the Legal Department to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate business risks.
  • - Manage the contract review, approval, execution, and document control processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • - Review engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials to ensure purchasing accuracy.
  • - Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality departments to ensure on time material availability.

  • - Plan and coordinate new product development projects, including project kick-off, BOM creation, process flow development, production line setup, Control Plans, inspection standards, and production documentation.
  • - Follow up on sample parts and monitor supplier quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • - Coordinate production trials and Off Tool Sample (OTS) validation prior to mass production.
  • - Develop and maintain Material Information Flow Charts (MIFC) and Kanban systems to support production efficiency.
  • - Review and approve packaging standards for new products.
  • - Prepare and compile Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for customer submission.
  • - Create and maintain Work Instructions (WI) and standardized production documents.
