Upon receiving the Purchase Order (PO), plan and arrange the necessary equipment and assign appropriate technical personnel to ensure readiness prior to site execution. Additionally, responsible for initiating the Work Order and coordinating between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution through to completion. This role also includes preparing and issuing the invoice at the final stage of the project
