รายละเอียดงาน :

Prepare architectural and structural drawings (2D/3D) for residential buildings, factories, warehouses,
roofing structures, water tanks, elevators, and other assigned shop drawings.
Design structural systems and prepare structural calculation reports in accordance with relevant
engineering standards (EIT, DPT, AISC, ACI, etc.) for reinforced concrete buildings, steel structures,
warehouses, roofing systems, and other special structures.
Prepare project documentation including quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), construction permit
applications, RFA, NLs, work schedules, and other related documents.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, foremen, workers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth
workflow and effective communication throughout the project.
Supervise construction work, inspect work quality, and resolve on-site issues to ensure compliance with
engineering standards and project plans.
