1.Integrate and upgrade sites - including parameter configuration on eNodeB/gNodeB (4G/5G), RNC (3G) and BSC (2G).
2.Troubleshoot and clear alarms (e.g. VSWR issues, cross-sector tests, RRU/BBU/RET faults, abnormal RSSI/RTWP) and adjust hardware/software configurations to maintain network stability.
3.Coordinate with RF, IPRAN, and Sub-con on-site for problem resolution and escalation.
4.Log and submit daily site activity reports in the system for progress tracking and audit verification.
