* Be a key contact person with Chinese Buyer and Merchant inquiries and support to provide information on both order and non order related issues. * Respond the tasks from online channels. * Negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation. * Coordinate with relevant team and follow up in order to solve the customers’ issue. * Contact back to customers/ riders/ merchants for information updates or get more information for investigation. * Monitor and forecast accessories for branch office. * Be a contact merchant for any stock and return shipment. * Communication with staff to facilitate the processing of information or work product, follow-up accuracy and process compliance, ensure clear understanding between function, as well as serve on teams. * Monitor the health of incoming payment and act as a first point of contact for escalating system-wide processing issues.
