1.Partnership Strategy
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key food industry associations (e.g., TRA, RBA, Federation of Thai Chefs) to create mutually beneficial initiatives. Lead joint events, activities,that add value to association members while enhancing the company’s brand. Act as the main liaison to ensure effective collaboration and meaningful outcomes.
2.Business Customer insight & B2B Event
•B2B Buyer Acquisition : Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key B2B in HoReCa sectors—including chefs, F&B professionals, procurement teams, business owners, suppliers, and distributors to drive engagement and participation in targeted events. Serve as a liaison to foster collaboration, enhance industry connectivity, and support business development objectives.
•B2B Trade Event : Responsible for conceptualizing and delivering B2B engagement initiatives within the food industry, such as business matching, workshops, seminars, and Business networking events. Aimed to facilitate meaningful connections between buyers and sellers, drive tangible business transactions, and enhance trade volume, thereby maximizing mutual benefits for all stakeholders.
3.B2B Channel & Wholesale operation (Shareshop Project)
Managing end-to-end operations for Wholesale project, specializing in sourcing, allocating products from manufacture to serve B2B.
By implementing competitive wholesale pricing strategies, I successfully cater to HORECA sector, distributors, & Large-scale hospitality. My role encompasses the entire value chain—from procurement and inventory control to sales and logistics—leveraging an Omni-channel (Online & Offline) approach to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
