- To establish relationship, interact with tenants, ensuring maximum satisfaction by reacting promptly to queries from tenants, maintaining and developing customer relationships through constant liaison with customers on any issues.
- Manage a lean team consist of 2-3 members and collaborate with other department and cross-function to execute various tasks related to space rental management or in order to notify the Tenant's requirements.
- Work closely with BD team, construction team, contractor, tenants to 100% complete work between decoration shop (retail fit-out) process before store open.
- Find new tenants for retail shop, common area and offering rental space then follow up until run business.
- Review contract and distribute to tenants and end process of sign contract.
- Preparing management reports / annual budgets / forecast and present the result on the performance and KPIs related to Tenants Relations & Management scope of work and recommend by management.
- Communicate to tenants with the results and to provide them with the action plan to work on the gap.
- Monitor financial transactions relating to tenants and ensure the proper authorizing of payments and collection of debts.
- Manage retail shop (Food /Non-Food including Land Due) on store renovation and new projects as and when requires.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to support lease renewals, expansion opportunities and long-term retention.
- Oversee day-to-day operations issues and tenant concerns promptly to maintain service quality and strong business relationships.
