หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical installation, HVAC, industrial piping, plumbing, MEP, or related fields.
• Experience installing mechanical equipment or piping systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and installation diagrams.
• Familiarity with pressure testing and leak testing procedures.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites if required
• Work closely with electrical, networking, and commissioning teams.

• Install mechanical piping, hoses, valves, and fittings for liquid cooling systems
• Assist with the installation of Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs).
• Install manifolds, flexible hoses, and quick disconnect couplings (QDCs).
• Connect liquid cooling systems to chilled water or facility water infrastructure.
• Perform pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and filling of cooling loops.
• Install pumps, filters, expansion tanks, and heat exchangers.
• Support server rack installation and liquid cooling connections.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and installation manuals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical installation issues during deployment
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on installed cooling systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Complete installation reports and commissioning documentation
• Work closely with electrical, networking, and commissioning teams.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in data center construction or commissioning.

Training Provided
Successful candidates will receive training on:
• AI data center infrastructure
• Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling
• Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)
• Quick Disconnect Couplings (QDCs)
• Coolant handling and safety
• Pressure testing and commissioning
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
