หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop and execute the regional digital marketing strategy for Disney Lorcana across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• • Work closely with the Regional Brand Manager to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business and brand objectives.
• • Collaborate with country marketing teams to ensure regional campaigns effectively support local product launches, tournaments, retail activities, and marketing initiatives.
• • Identify opportunities to grow player acquisition, community engagement, and brand awareness across the region.
• • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics, campaign performance, and market trends.
• • Manage the official Disney Lorcana Asia Instagram account.
• • Develop content calendars and publish content promoting product launches, card reveals, Organized Play, roadshows, tournaments, and regional marketing campaigns.
• • Work closely with country marketing teams across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to ensure local activities are effectively promoted through the regional Instagram channel.
• • Monitor incoming messages and enquiries across the official social media channels, respond where appropriate, and coordinate with the relevant country teams to ensure enquiries are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• • Ensure all social media content complies with Disney Lorcana’s global brand guidelines.
• • Own the content strategy and management of the official Disney Lorcana Asia website.
• • Ensure the Asia website remains aligned with the latest updates and announcements published on the Disney Lorcana US website.
• • Plan and publish Asia-specific content, including: o Product announcements o Organized Play and tournament updates o Regional events and roadshows o Community news o Marketing campaigns
• • Oversee the company’s regional Disney Lorcana content platform, ensuring it serves as a leading source of Disney Lorcana news and community content for players across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• • Develop and maintain the editorial strategy and content calendar, ensuring a healthy balance of news, tournament coverage, strategy articles, deck features, community stories, and Asia-focused content.
• • Work closely with the Digital Content Executive to identify timely content opportunities based on product launches, Organized Play, major tournaments, and community trends.
• • Review and approve key articles, feature content, and promotional materials where required to maintain quality, consistency, and editorial standards.
• • Build and maintain relationships with TCG influencers, Disney creators, gaming influencers, gaming websites, hobby communities, and digital media partners throughout the region.
• • Plan and manage influencer campaigns, including briefing, scheduling, content approvals, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
• • Establish content KPIs and publishing schedules, ensuring a consistent flow of timely, high-quality content that supports community engagement and regional marketing objectives.

• • 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand communications.
• • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies for consumer brands, entertainment brands, gaming products, or lifestyle brands.
• • Strong content planning, campaign management, and community engagement skills.
• • Experience managing influencer/KOL campaigns and building long-term creator partnerships.
• • Experience working with gaming websites, media platforms, online communities, or entertainment brands.
• • Experience managing brand social media channels, website content, and editorial planning.
• • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and able to create basic graphics and adapt visual assets for social media posts and website content.
• • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• • Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills.
• • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver work according to timelines.
• • Comfortable working with teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• • Good command of written and spoken English.
• • Passion for Disney, trading card games (TCGs), gaming, or pop culture is highly preferred.
