Responsible

Manage customer communication across online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA).
Create and design both visual + written content (social media posts, presentations, short videos).
Coordinate with the team on promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
Update website content (banners, promotions, product news – no coding required).
Create content using AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut).

Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field.

Knowledge of analytics & engagement metrics.
