Responsible

• Financial Closing Control: Oversee and ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual financial closing for both the parent company (manufacturing) and subsidiary (trading).
• Tax Planning & Compliance: Supervise tax preparation and filings across the group to ensure full regulatory compliance, including assessing Transfer Pricing risks.
• Audit & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and relevant government authorities (e.g., the Revenue Department).
• Accounting Systems & Internal Control: Assist the Accounting Manager in refining and aligning internal control systems across both companies.
• Cost Accounting Oversight: Review and verify cost of goods manufactured (COGM) calculations and inventory tracking.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage operational accounting personnel across both headquarters and factory sites.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proven experience in large-scale Manufacturing or Trading businesses with high transaction volumes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing (beverage manufacturing background is highly preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Section Manager role within Finance or Accounting.
• Strong ability to calculate and analyze Financial Ratios.
• Good knowledge of Excise Tax (experience submitting monthly reporting to the Excise Department for manufacturing plants will be given special consideration).
• Must be a legally registered Accountant (CPD registered).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, strong integrity, and commitment to professional ethics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in handling immediate payment system issues or managing short-term liquidity/cash flow shortages.
