หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the accounts payable process, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and creditor payments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements related to accounts payable transactions. Verify and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Process electronic payments and manage vendor payment schedules in accordance with payment terms and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records in the general ledger (GL) related to accounts payable transactions. Monitor and manage creditor accounts, including timely resolution of vendor inquiries and disputes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes and transactions.

• - Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. - Minimum 1 year experience in finance or accounting. - Have experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Freight forwarding is plus. - Preferable with hands-on experiences in large-volume billing and experiences in the transportation industry. - Fair - Good command in reading and writing English. - Have computer skills in MS office such as word, Excel and Google sheet. - Have experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Freight forwarding is plus. - Strong interpersonal skill and able to work with others as teamwork. - Strong organizational and time management skills - High responsible and willing to learn. - Service-mind, hard working and able to work under pressure. - Ability to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
