Responsible

• Develop and manage customer accounts in mold manufacturing and related industries
• Promote and provide technical advice on mold polishing tools, industrial equipment, and consumables
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer factories
• Analyze customer production problems and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Use CRM systems to manage customer information, track opportunities, and plan sales activities
• Manage sales territory and plan effective customer visits
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and generate new leads
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Prepare sales reports and identify new market opportunities

• Male, age 25–35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred) can be other degree if he have strong sales experience
• Good command of English for communication
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in mold industry, tooling, abrasives, mold polishing, or industrial tools will be an advantage
• Ability to understand and present technical products to customers
• Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer data and sales pipeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to travel to visit customers at factories and travel upcountry when required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
• Self-motivated with strong responsibility and positive personality
• Ability to work under sales targets and KPI-driven environmen
• Candidates with existing connections in mold, die casting, plastic injection, or manufacturing factories will be highly considered
