Job Description

  • Deliver personalized guest services for a 60-room independent hotel, managing smooth check-in, check-out, and daily front desk operations. - Process transactions, billing, and nightly audits using the Property Management System, while independently managing afternoon and night shifts. - Manage room reservations and allocations while handling guest inquiries and accommodation requests via phone and online platforms. - Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards prior to guest arrival. - Coordinate with housekeeping team and monitor inventory to support daily operations, while proactively reporting issues to the Hotel Manager and arranging external maintenance. - Assist in candidate interviews, leading the onboarding and training process for new team members to ensure smooth operational integration.
