Job Description

  • -Managed debt collection operations and developed strategic action plans that consistently drove the team to meet monthly targets
  • - Provided legal counsel to employer and clients on contractual obligations, debt-related matters, and statutory compliance covering the Debt Collection Act, PDPA, and hire-purchase regulations
  • - Drafted, reviewed, and systematized legal documents, including contracts, notice, powers of attorney, and official correspondence.
  • - Prepared court documents including pleadings and petitions in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code to pursue legal action against debtors in breach of hire-purchase agreements
  • - Monitored the status of ongoing litigation and submitted progress reports and performance summaries to management and the employer company.
