• Manage project-related contracts, including client contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase contracts, consortium agreements, and other commercial contracts throughout the contract lifecycle. - Review, draft, and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to support project objectives and ensure compliance with company requirements. - Identify and assess contractual and legal risks and provide recommendations to support risk mitigation and dispute prevention. - Provide contract-related advice to project management teams regarding contractual obligations, rights, responsibilities, and potential contractual risks. - Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, reservation of rights letters, claims, and other contract-related documents. - Support the management of contractual claims, contract changes, and other matters arising during project execution. - Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams, as well as contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. - Work closely with the Corporate Legal Department on complex contractual issues, legal risk matters, and contract disputes requiring legal review. - Monitor compliance with contract terms, project insurance requirements, performance bonds, bank guarantees, and other contractual securities. - Support tendering activities, special projects, and other contract-related assignments as required by management. - Contract Management Professional with over 3 years of experience in construction and project-related contracts. Experienced in contract administration, contract review, contractual risk assessment, claims management, and contract compliance. Strong ability to support project teams on contractual matters and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution and risk mitigation.
