Research Project: Effects of Aspergillus Fermentation Conditions and Heat Treatment on Antioxidant Properties of Spent Coffee Grounds
- Media Preparation: Prepared specialized culture media and cultivated Aspergillus strains using aseptic techniques.
- Cell Counting: Harvested spores and performed direct cell counting utilizing a hemocytometer under a microscope.
- Microbial Check: Conducted regular microbial checks and contamination controls to maintain fermentation quality.
- Analysis: Extracted bioactive compounds and analyzed antioxidant properties via TPC, DPPH, and ABTS assays.
- Project Management: Planned tasks based on resources and dynamically adjusted workflows to meet changing situations.
