Job Description

  • - Product Development: Developed oral care products in hydrogel form by incorporating natural herbal extracts. -Optimized formulation parameters include the stability of active compounds, viscosity, pH, and sensory characteristics to ensure effective delivery and performance.
  • - Herbal Extraction: Conducted herbal extraction using green solvent technology (NADES) to efficiently isolate and stabilize bioactive compounds.
  • - Quality Analysis: Performed phytochemical profiling using HPLC to verify the purity and concentration of active ingredients for formulation development.
  • - Stability Testing: Conducted comprehensive physical and chemical stability testing to ensure product integrity, shelf life, and compatibility of ingredients under various conditions.
  • - Research Project Assistant: Served as a research project assistant for the clinical oral irritation study of Acanthus ebracteatus wound-healing hydrogel formulations, ensuring safety compliance and clinical standard protocols.   • - Analytical Chemistry & Bioactivity Testing: Conducted phytochemical profiling using HPLC to verify the target compound. Evaluated wound-healing efficacy through an in vitro scratch assay
