Job Description

  • Quantity Take-off & Estimation: Performed detailed quantity take-offs for structural, architectural, and interior works for high-rise building tenders. BOQ & Tender Pricing: Prepared detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender pricing strategies to support project bidding and procurement. Bid comparisons and price analysis of subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-efficiency and technical compliance. Managed material submittal processes for consultant approval and issued Purchase Orders (PO) to subcontractors and suppliers. Prepared and submitted Variation Order (VO) documentation, including cost estimation and impact analysis for project changes. Oversee and manage structural and architectural construction phases to ensure all project milestones are met according to the schedule. Collaborate with consultants to review construction planning, proactively identify potential issues, and provide comprehensive reports to supervisors. Resolve complex construction sequences and technical bottlenecks to ensure seamless workflow and minimize project delays. Monitor and report project progress to the Project Manager and consultants, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Prepare and compile detailed monthly progress reports, documenting project status, achievements, and resource allocation.
