Job Description

  • Develop formulations for new cleansing, haircare, and perfume products aligned with customer requirements and launch timelines. - Translate market trends and ingredient innovations into creative product concepts. - Collaborate with headquarters fragrance lab, fragrance houses, suppliers, and internal teams to select and evaluate raw materials and scents that meet desired claims and performance targets. - Collaborate with QC and Production teams to ensure smooth validation, testing, and scale-up. - Work cross-functionally to provide technical insights and product information, including claims, efficacy, and stability testing, to customers.
