Job Description :
-Responsible for network equipment ordering and technical validation of quotations from Vendors. -To monitor the traffic growth rate of the IP network, reliability, and availability, plan to improve network quality with the regional team, and prepare related documents. -To prepare for management approval on new projects and budgets. -To deal with vendors to control project timelines and meet effective target dates. -To manage the rollout process to finish projects successfully and then hand over this process to the operation team. -To survey and design for new Huawei equipment installation (CX600, ATN910, ATN950) at onsite operation for link expansion, EOS exchange, and fixed services migration projects. -Troubleshoot customer complaints with related teams for Mobile services (2G,3G,4G) and Fixed Services (FTTH, DIA, DPLS) to fulfill customer satisfaction. -To support a new circuit activation project in IP Network and a new FTTH area expansion project for the whole region from related department request.

Job Description :
-Provided technical solution support with the B2B team for a new services activiation project for DIA, MPLS VPN, FTTH services, and SIP Trunk. -Troubleshoot with the NOC Team to solve the customer complaints (IP Transit, DIA, MPLS L2/L3 and Mobile services (2G,4G) and manage network traffic paths with MPLS TE to avoid traffic congestion issues on the IP Metro network due to link down accidents occurs. -Prepare MOP and create Change Request (CR) to support the branches transmission team to execute new IPRAN site integrations (Mobile services, MW, Backup link, Upgrade 100GE link capacity, and Change Design on Metro nodes) daily. -Coordinate with the Planning team for high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) preparation for the IP MPLS Network. -Monitor system resource utilization, trending, capacity planning, and performance and ensure system availability and reliability. -Hand-on experience with Huawei equipment (ATN910B, ATN910C-G ,ATN910C-F, CX600 and NE40E). -To integrate a New Aggregation Router (CX600) and insert a new 100G link card (LPUI) to extend the IP Metro Network and upgrade the latest software version on all Aggregation and Core Transmission nodes. -Standby to support network maintenance and service migration on network components.
