ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- นำทีม สร้างแรงจูงใจ และบริหารทีมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI และเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
- ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานรายวันและให้คำแนะนำ ทิศทาง และการฝึกอบรม
- จัดการปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนของลูกค้าและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมให้กับลูกค้า
- ดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์แคมเปญและดูแลกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและข้อกำหนดด้านใบอนุญาต
คุณสมบัติ:
- คนไทยโดยกำเนิดที่สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษและเวียดนามได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (จำเป็น)
- พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว – จำเป็น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเป็นหัวหน้าทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านบริการทางการเงิน การสนับสนุนลูกค้า หรือประกันภัย
- มีประวัติการบริหารทีมที่มุ่งเน้นประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการบริหารจัดการบุคคลที่แข็งแกร่ง
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็วและมุ่งเน้นเป้าหมายได้
