Responsible

• Manage and build relationships with existing and new accounts, primarily in Europe, Australia, and Asia
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base.
• Provide clients with product information, pricing, and support
• Negotiate contracts and handle order processing
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Collaborate with the product development and production teams to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and expand business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, particularly in sterling silver, brass, and gold jewelry

More qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the jewelry industry. If not, a dedicated and attentive fast learner is welcome
• Knowledge of sterling silver jewelry production and the international jewelry market
• Experience managing buyer accounts from Europe and/or Australia is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
