Responsible

• Content Creation - Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE Official Account - Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that showcase job opportunities,working place tips, and product features — video content can increase buzz and engagement - Design static visuals including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials - Write compelling copy in Thai that resonates with local job seekers and employers - Adapt content formats to suit each platform's unique audience and best practices
• Brand & Visual Identity - Ensure all content aligns with Mejob's brand guidelines and visual identity - Develop and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels - Create templates for recurring content types (job posts, employer spotlights, product updates) - Design marketing collateral including presentations, flyers, and sales materials
• Social Media Management - Manage content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms - Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction - Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
• Product & Marketing Support - Collaborate with the B2B team to support campaigns and product launches - Create visual assets for product updates and feature announcements - Support video recording and editing for client testimonials and case studies - Test new content formats and creative approaches to drive brand awareness
