Responsible

• Reconcile settlement reports from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, website gateway, and COD against order files and bank statements.
• Record sales, discounts, platform fees, commissions, refunds, and VAT by channel, brand, and SKU under the approved cut-off rules.
• Track and clear unmatched, held, or short-paid items with a named owner and due date until closed.
• Prepare receipts, tax invoices, and credit notes for marketplace and direct sales, including return and refund documents.
• Handle accounts payable: platform and ads invoices, 3PL invoices, import duty and VAT, KOL/KOC payments, withholding tax, accruals, and prepaid items.
• Map every transaction to the chart of accounts and cost center by brand and channel, and keep master data updated for new SKUs and channels.
• Reconcile 3PL stock reports and invoices against inventory records and support periodic stock counts.
• Prepare monthly close schedules and reports on sales, margin, fees, cash, and outstanding settlement, and support the accounting system or ERP rollout.

• 2-4 years in accounting or finance operations with hands-on reconciliation work.
• Experience with marketplace settlement (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) or high-volume payment reconciliation is strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in English, particularly in reading and writing emails.
• Able to work independently.
