Responsible

• Handling recruitment assignments including screening applications, interviewing candidates and short-listing candidates
• Managing applications in database
• Maintain & Monitor on office stocks, stationaries, uniform and office assets and prepare periodically report
• Monitor Employee attendance, leave records, and OT tracking
• Coordinate with building management, cleaning services and repair contractors.

• Thai national, age not over 30 year old
• Bachelor degree in related field.

• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail
• Providing general administrative support to the company
• Creating job descriptions and manage employee orientation.
