Responsible

• Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, bookkeeping, and cash flow.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and vendor relations (hotels, attractions, and local suppliers).
• Prepare monthly payroll, including social security and withholding tax deductions.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and manage accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and submit monthly tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax) to the Revenue Department.
• Coordinate with the company’s external auditor for monthly/annual closing.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, *specifically in the Thailand Tourism / DMC sector* (experience with hotel and supplier contracts/bookings is a must).
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and accounting regulations.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) to communicate with management.
• High responsibility, detail-oriented, and organized.
