Responsible

• Overseas coordination and communication with overseas agents for both Export & Import shipment By Sea & Air assigned from local sales of all free hand shipment.
• Co-ordinating with overseas agent for nominated shipment both export & import shipment until pre-alert issued to destination.
• Reply and send quotation to all inquiries from agent.
• Do a daily report and submit to the supervisor.
• Arrange agency agreement with all the new partners.
• Manage agency name list and screening on each one of them.
• Meeting & promoting with overseas agent often by emailing, phone call and chatting.
• Never see the problems and always try to solve problems
• Comply to any task assigned.

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 5

More qualification

• AGE : 23-30
• THAI NATIONALITY ONLY
• Must have experience in position oversea freight forwarding at least 1-2 year.
• Candidate must have ENGLISH TEST from IELTS at level 6.5 in speaking, listening and writing.
• Education level in bachelor degree with minimum grade 3.00
• Knowledge and utilize technology to support at work (AI, Supportive Application, Googling (Self Education), Google sheet excels, Google Share drive etc.)
• Come to work with good looking and dress in proper attires.
• Should have self motivation to move forward.
• Should be able to differentiate between workplace and personal life completely.
• Good human relations and ready to work as a team.
• Good human relations and ready to coordinate with any department.
• Fast learning and adapt to the changes.
• Smart, flexible and fast at work.
• If candidates are fluent in Chinese will be an advantage.
