Responsible

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise and support spa staff to ensure excellent customer service, Assist with promotions, memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers , outsource and manage inventory levels.
• Report regularly to the owner on spa operations and performance.

More qualification

• Proficient in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Capable of supervising spa staff and overseeing daily spa operations at the absence of business owner
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers , outsources and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively and professionally.
• Fluent in English ( Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level )
• Ability to work closely with the business owner and Spa Team
• Appreciate Japanese culture, enjoy working with people, and are eager to grow together
