Responsible

• Develop and expand international freight forwarding business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer inquiries, quotations, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales support.
• Provide logistics solutions based on customer requirements, including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and cross-border logistics services.
• Develop key customer accounts and build long-term business partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Customs Clearance, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, customer analysis, and business development plans.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, International Logistics, Supply Chain, or related sales roles.
• Thai nationality only
• Age not exceeding 40 years old
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, and closing sales opportunities.
• Existing customer network and strong understanding of international logistics operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent command of English for business communication.
• Chinese language skill is an advantage (report directly to Chinese CEO).
