Responsible

• Identify and approach potential customers to expand the company's client base.
• Arrange meetings and conduct sales presentations to introduce company services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing and business terms to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience. ( in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.)
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including sea freight, air freight, warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Good command of English (spoken and written). Additional language skills will be an advantage.
