Responsible

• Oversee overall production operations and manage supervisors across production functions.
• Plan and control production activities to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure that production processes and finished products meet company quality standards.
• Manage and continuously improve ISO systems, documentation, and related procedures.
• Analyze and resolve production, quality, machinery, electrical, and maintenance issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes and operational systems.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the production team’s problem-solving capabilities.
• Prepare production, quality, and improvement reports for management review.

• Preferred age range: approximately 35–40 years old, with flexibility based on experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduates from King Mongkut’s universities or Thammasat University will be given special consideration
• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO systems, quality assurance, and quality control processes.
• Good understanding of machinery, electrical systems, production engineering, and factory maintenance.
• Strong skills in production planning, process improvement, and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-management capabilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
