Responsible

• Campaign Operations Configure and launch promotional campaigns, including red packet rewards, discount coupons, free-delivery promotions with minimum spending requirements, limited-time discounts, and other campaigns. Verify campaign compatibility and ensure that promotion rules and exclusion logic work correctly. Prepare post-campaign performance reviews and reports.
• User Operations Track key C-end user metrics, including WAU, DAU, retention rate, repurchase rate, and average order value (AOV). Participate in user segmentation and order-completion attribution analysis. Execute new-user conversion initiatives and re-engagement campaigns for churned or inactive users.
• Merchant Operations Track key B-end merchant metrics, including store visit rate, average order value, and weekly active merchants. Support merchant campaign planning and monitor campaign performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Product, Technology, and City Operations teams. Follow up and facilitate the implementation of business and operational requirements. Assist in developing and improving Operations SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Diploma or above in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Thai-chinese , or English-Chinses
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables, as well as PowerPoint.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking, with good logical reasoning and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced Internet/technology working environment.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Internship experience in Food Delivery or Local Life platforms. Understanding of the Southeast Asian market.
