The Visual Identity (The "Look") • You are the Editor-in-Chief. You ensure our Instagram, Website, and Lookbooks look like a high-end design magazine, not a sales catalog. • You will direct photoshoots, manage videographers, and create "Save-worthy" content that Architects use for inspiration.
The Community (The "Tribe") • Transform our showroom from a store into a "Designer’s Hub." • You will plan and host experiences—from Lighting Workshops to Networking Nights with top Customer. You are the face of the brand at these events.
The Storytelling (The "Voice") • Go beyond the specs. You will visit project sites, interview the Customers, and capture the "Behind the Scenes" stories of how our light transforms their designs.
