Responsible

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and discrepancies between drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and combined drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities before work handover or concealment by contractors.
• Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor to verify variation orders (VO), work progress, and payment certifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Coordinate with the Building Management Team and other relevant parties throughout the project.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare project close-out documents, including punch lists, handover documentation, sign-offs, and lessons learned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Teams or Zoom.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible working hours and willing to work on construction sites.
• Able and willing to relocate or transfer to different project sites as assigned by the company.
