Responsible

• Manage and perform full-cycle accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) on a daily basis
• Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with TFRS / IFRS and relevant accounting standards
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate / resolve discrepancies independently
• Support budgeting and forecasting by preparing financial data and analysis
• Prepare and submit tax filings (CIT, VAT, PND3, PND53,54,PP.36) accurately and within deadlines
• Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure proper implementation in accounting practices
• Coordinate and handle queries with auditors and the Revenue Department
• Maintain internal controls, proper documentation, and support audit processes
• Analyze financial data, identify risks or improvement areas, and provide practical recommendations to management

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in account management and taxation or related roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (Express Program)
• CPD license preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
