Responsible

• Work location: Origami Borderless Cuisine, Sukhumvit 24.
• Manage and oversee front-of-house service operations across two outlets.
• Oversee breakfast operations at the main outlet, serving approximately 200–400 guests per day.
• Oversee breakfast operations at the second outlet, serving up to approximately 100 guests per day.
• Plan manpower according to daily occupancy, forecasts, and business volume.
• Maintain breakfast and restaurant service standards equivalent to those of a four- to five-star hotel restaurant
• Oversee function service for approximately 60–100 guests, depending on the event.
• Manage casual fine-dining operations after breakfast service.
• Oversee beverage operations, including coffee, cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in line with the restaurant’s concept.
• Ensure that opening, closing, cashier, guest service, and overall service flow operate smoothly.
• Take responsibility for the overall guest experience, including guest requests, feedback, and complaints, and follow up until each matter is properly resolved.

• Provide ongoing training and coaching and regularly monitor the performance of the service team.
• Monitor sales, guest count, average check, and the operating performance of each outlet.
• Encourage appropriate upselling and suggestive selling in line with the restaurant’s concept.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and hotel operations teams regarding occupancy, forecasts, groups, and functions.
• Monitor and control beverage stock and equipment related to service operations.
• Ensure that all equipment, furniture, and operating assets are clean, safe, well maintained, and ready for use.
• Inspect equipment for damage or irregularities and coordinate prompt corrective action.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards throughout all service areas.

More qualification

• Experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of service standards in restaurants or hotels rated four stars or above.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, plan manpower, and solve operational problems effectively.
• Good command of spoken English is essential for communicating with international guests.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of sales, guest count, average check, and upselling.
• Strong service mind and the ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations professionally.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using technology.
• Able to use smartphones, LINE, social messaging platforms, and work-related applications.
• Willing to learn new technologies and systems, such as AApoint and EX10.
• Detail-oriented in managing cashier operations, stock, equipment, and restaurant assets.
• Able to work shifts, including breakfast shifts.
• Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and possess a positive attitude.
