Responsible

• Analyze training needs and identify employee learning requirements
• Prepare annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business goals
• Develop and update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, and video scripts
• Deliver online and onsite training for Thai employees, using Thai as the primary language and English as support when needed
• Coordinate with external training providers and arrange professional certification programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, interviews, and practical assessments
• Monitor employees' learning progress and performance
• Prepare training reports and provide recommendations to improve training effectiveness
• Other tasks assgined by supervisor

• Bachelor's degree English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
• Good command of English is a must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express training content and message clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially PPT
