Responsible

  • Clinical Application & Case Support: Provide on-site clinical application support during UroMaster procedures, particularly during initial cases and the user learning curve. Guide urologists and clinical staff through the complete workflow, including patient preparation, image and data preparation, ultrasound acquisition, MRI-US fusion, targeting, biopsy planning and system operation. Support new users through their initial 3–5 clinical cases, helping them achieve safe, efficient and reproducible use of the system. Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements to enhance clinical efficiency and user confidence. Provide timely clinical and application support for rental, pay-per-use and routine clinical cases. Support troubleshooting of user-level technical and software issues and escalate engineering-level issues appropriately. Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patient safety and compliance when supporting clinical procedures.
  • Clinical Training & User Education: Design and deliver structured training programs for urologists, nurses and other clinical users. Conduct hands-on training covering both system operation and clinical workflow. Develop and maintain user competency through refresher training, case reviews and targeted coaching. Support distributor teams in achieving competency in UroMaster installation, demonstration, application support and basic troubleshooting. Conduct workshops, product demonstrations and clinical education sessions for hospitals, urologists and other stakeholders. Support development of clinical training materials, case studies, FAQs and best-practice guidelines.
  • Hospital & Clinical Adoption: Support new hospital accounts from initial implementation through successful clinical adoption. Work closely with the commercial team and distributor to develop account-specific clinical adoption plans. Establish strong working relationships with key urologists, nurses and clinical stakeholders. Monitor utilization and identify opportunities to increase case volume and user engagement. Maintain accurate records of key accounts, users, case volumes, training status, clinical feedback and follow-up actions. Support clinical reference-site development and customer advocacy activities.
  • Clinical Feedback & Product Improvement: Act as the Voice of Customer from the clinical field. Systematically collect feedback on workflow, usability, clinical requirements and user experience. Identify recurring clinical or workflow challenges and communicate them clearly to Product Management and Engineering. Participate in product improvement initiatives by providing structured clinical insights and field observations. Support product validation, usability evaluation and new-feature introduction where required.
  • Clinical Evidence & Post-Market Support: Support clinical studies, clinical evaluations, product validation and evidence-generation activities as required. Assist clinical investigators and hospital teams in following approved study protocols and hospital requirements. Document and promptly escalate adverse events, complaints, software anomalies and other product-related issues to the appropriate QA/RA team. Support Post-Market Surveillance activities in accordance with quality and regulatory procedures. Maintain appropriate documentation for clinical cases, training and customer feedback.
  • Basic Technical & System Support: Perform routine user-level system checks and preventive checks in accordance with approved UroMaster procedures. Provide first-line troubleshooting for application and software-related issues. Identify and escalate technical problems requiring Engineering or Technical Service intervention. Support installation, commissioning and system acceptance activities when required. Technical repair, calibration or engineering-level servicing will be performed only within the individual's approved competency and training scope.
  • Regional & International Support: Provide clinical application support across Thailand/ and, when required, in other countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Support regional workshops, training programs, exhibitions, clinical demonstrations and key customer events. Travel internationally to support important clinical cases, training and distributor development.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare/medical device discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical applications, medical devices, operating/procedure rooms, interventional procedures or related healthcare environments.
  • Experience working directly with clinicians in hospitals or clinical settings, Strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical protocols and sterile-field requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with urologists and other senior clinicians.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Thailand/ and internationally.
  • Experience in urology, prostate biopsy, ultrasound, image-guided procedures or robotic surgery, supporting MRI-US fusion, navigation, image-guided or robotic medical devices.
  • Experience providing clinical application training and supporting new users through their learning curve.
  • Experience working with medical-device distributors, Technical aptitude and ability to understand medical-device software and hardware interfaces.
  • Experience in clinical research or medical-device clinical studies.
  • Clinically credible and comfortable communicating with experienced urologists.
  • Patient, hands-on and highly supportive when training new users.
  • Problem-solving oriented, especially under pressure during live clinical procedures.
  • Structured and disciplined in documenting cases, feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Commercially aware and able to understand what drives customer adoption. A strong team player who can work across Clinical, Commercial, Product, Engineering and QA/RA functions.
  • Passionate about medical technology and improving patient care. Comfortable working in a fast-moving MedTech start-up environment.
  • Successful implementation and activation of new UroMaster sites. Time taken for new users to achieve independent competency. Successful support of initial 3–5 cases per new user/site. Growth in active UroMaster users and clinical case utilization.
  • Quality and effectiveness of user and distributor training.
  • Customer and clinician satisfaction. Timeliness and quality of clinical feedback and issue escalation.
  • Contribution to product and workflow improvements. Effective collaboration with distributors and the UroMedtech commercial team.
