Responsible

Oversee and manage overall non-FDA regulatory and legal compliance related to products, including requirements from TISI, DIP, OCPB, DIT, CBWM and other relevant authorities.
Review products prior to importation to assess applicable legal requirements and determine whether licenses or approvals are required from relevant authorities.
Prepare product labeling, translate packaging content, and review and approve packaging artwork and labels to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate changes in laws, regulations, and standards from relevant authorities to regional teams for compliance planning and risk management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Import, Quality Management (QM), Customer Service and Purchasing teams to ensure operations comply with applicable legal requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

More qualification

At least 2–3 years of experience in Product Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Import Compliance, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
Experience in retail, trading, import-export, consumer products, or manufacturing is an advantage.
Knowledge of TISI, OCPB, DIT, DIP, CBWM, product labeling, packaging, and import regulations is preferred.
Good communication of English.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
